Requirements:

1) A laptop dock that connects to the laptop via USB-C.

Procedure:

To reset your dock:

1. Unplug your laptop from the dock.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the dock.

3. Press the power button on the dock 5 times while the power cord is still unplugged. This is to drain the residual power from the dock.

4. Plug the power cord back into the dock.

5. Plug your laptop into the dock again.
